Located in Shoreline, Ronald Commons represents a unique partnership between Ronald United Methodist Church, Compass Housing Alliance and Hopelink Emergency Services Center.  The Ronald Commons development will include 61 units of affordable family housing, on-site support services, 12,000 square foot food bank and service center for Hopelink’s Shoreline operation, and a remodel of the church. This integrated design will serve low wage earners, formerly homeless veterans and families at risk of homelessness.  Of the 61 affordable apartments, 12 will be for veterans and their families.

  • Program:  61 units of affordable housing for low-income families with commercial/office on the ground floor.  It will include 72 stalls of surface parking, and one level of partially below grade covered parking.
