Angle Lake combines commercial and residential uses on a large, campus-like site. It is Seatac’s first senior-only housing, and is comprised of 65 one bedroom and 15 two bedroom units that provide housing for independent seniors earning between 35-60% of area median income. Affordability, security, accessibility, and proximity to services such as health clinic, childcare center, Lutheran Community Services administration offices, and a family support center are on campus.
