Located in Spokane’s Hillyard district, this project involved historic rehabilitation of a building that originally served as the Hillyard School, and was later converted to the Martindale Apartments.  Owned by the Spokane Housing Authority, this Agnes Kehoe consists of 50 units of affordable, low-income housing for the formerly homeless, including 20 units of homeless and disabled veterans.  The design exceeded Washington Evergreen Development Standards. Historic Tax Credits were utilized, and the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
