Located in Seattle’s First Hill Neighborhood at 710 Cherry Street, Plymouth on Cherry will provide 77 studio units for formerly homeless people and 3 studio units for live-in staff. The first level includes tenant amenities such as two large common rooms, kitchen, and housing case manager offices. Direct access to exterior spaces from the common room and an elevated private courtyard create an oasis for the tenants. New cherry trees, landscaping and seating will be incorporated along the steep hill climb of Cherry Street to enhance the neighborhood. Ground breaking in anticipated in April 2016 and the anticipated date for construction completion and resident occupancy is July 2017.
